This became the stepping stone for working with a local venue assisting with wedding planning and other event details. Kristina decided to further her education by taking classes for the Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE). With a passion to help small businesses, especially those in the wedding industry, Kristina and her husband Josh formed So In Media Group. With over 15 years of experience, Kristina now gets to merge the things she loves most, marketing and events. Kristina serves as the Lead Marketing Consultant for the Louisville Wedding Network, and along with her team produces virtual wedding shows. So In Media Group recently started offering industry-leading high definition live streaming for weddings.

Michael Gaddie

A well known name in the event industry, Michael Gaddie, is a proud member of AIFD (American Institute of Floral Designers – an International organization). After starting his floral career in 1989, Michael went to work for Lloyd’s Florist, a full service floral shop offering décor and gifts. Michael and his wife, Pam, purchased the business in 2000. He has been bringing the bling to weddings and other events for over 30 years. Having enjoyed a very successful career in the floral industry, Michael has been the recipient of several awards over the years, highlights of which include… Kentucky Designer of the Year and 2020 Sweepstakes Award in the Rose Parade, where he has been a designer for 20 years. Although best known for his creativity and eye for design, what most love about Michael is his huge heart, ridiculous sense of humor and over the top work ethic. Michael and his wife Pam are also an elite partner of Jim’s formal wear in Louisville, Ky.

Michael is currently the president of the Louisville Wedding Network, Past-President of Kentucky Florist Association and has held many other offices in professional organizations including Past-President of Teleflora Kentucky Derby Unit and Past-President of Southern Retail Florist Association.

Michael has been married to his bride, Pam for 30 years and has an awesome son, Ryan Michael. They also have 3 cats: Lucy, Rosie and Derby.

Sharon Rumsey

Sharon Rumsey caught the wedding planning bug while attending events with her husband Ron, a local DJ. A natural at organization, logistics, multi-tasking and bringing people together, Sharon began planning weddings in addition to a full-time job in health care in 2013. Sharon took all the training she could find, shadowed every event planner that would talk to her, and picked the brain of every wedding professional she knew. While dreams of starting her own company were put on the backburner for several years, a health scare soon made her realize that life is too short to keep dreams on hold. So, with a lot of prayers and support from an amazing family, A Perfect Plan Events became a full-time business in 2018. Since that time Sharon has been blessed to share the planning journey with many happy couples. Her favorite moments of wedding day include…. the first look, the toasts, and the father daughter dance (she still cries every time). However, nothing beats that moment she has alone with her bride before she takes that first step down the aisle. She knows she is right where she belongs.

Sharon is a proud member of the Association of Bridal Consultants (both Indiana and Kentucky chapters), serves on the Board of the Louisville Wedding Network, member of the St. Matthews Chamber of Commerce and is Timeline Genius Certified.

Sharon is the proud mom of 2 amazing men and one huge goldendoodle, Gus.

Josh Stubblefield

Not only is Josh lucky enough to be Kristina's "better half", he is also the co-founder of So In Media Group, the parent company to The Ring The Bling and All The Things Podcast and The Wedding Experts. Josh has an extensive sales and marketing background and is our in-house creative designer. Josh enjoys working on brands from logo creation, social media graphics to website design and implementation.

Although his initial thoughts about the wedding podcast were "Ohhh, something else," he has since changed his perspective. From the graphics, videos, building of the website to the bloopers and outtakes leading to all the laughs, Josh has thoroughly enjoyed working with Kristina, Sharon and Mike (and we can't forget Tammie).
